The National Socialist Movement headquartered in Detroit, Mich., came to Kentucky on April 21, 2012, for a march and rally in Frankfort, Ky., at the state Capitol building. Along with NSM chapters from Kentucky and Ku Klux Klan members, the group addressed issues they see as critical to the United States including illegal immigration, crime, the recession and White civil rights. Protesters numbering around 125 traded remarks with the speakers and carried signs protesting the points of view of the NSM.
